Deposit
For each IPv4 subnet rented we require one month deposit in advance. The deposit will be payed back when we have received a cancellation notice at least one month in advance and the IP range is 100% clean. The deposit may not be used to cover the rent of the last rental month.
Cancellation Notice
Both client and we as supplier have a cancellation notice of one month.
Blacklisting
Each client will receive a separate link where they can daily monitor the blacklisting status of the subnets. Clients must monitor the blacklisting actively. We do not send any notifications if any IPs are blacklisted. The monitoring software is updated at least once per 24 hours.
When one or more IP addresses appears on the blacklist client must immediately take action and have the blacklisting removed within 48 hours. If not we are entitled to terminate the services and use the deposit to start the cleaning up process.
Usage
Our IP space must be used and can only be used for normal private or business purposes.
It is strictly forbidden to use our IP space for spamming, (mass) mailings, criminal or other illegal activities. Resellers must make sure their clients are aware of this and follow these rules. If not we are entitled to terminate the services and use the deposit to start the cleaning up process.
Handling Party
We do not have our own IT infrastructure as we only invest in IP space. We have chosen Hostio Solutions / Access2.IT based in the Netherlands to handle the rental, invoicing and ticket support of our IP space. Using their portal all communication done as soon as you have an account and rent our IPv4 subnets. It will be a different service called “Rich ICT IPv4” as Hostio Solutions also rents different IP subnets.
