Access2.IT Group B.V. is a Netherlands based company selling and supporting infrastructure services under the label Hostio Solutions. We must apply the Dutch tax rules. We do not sell physical goods but only services. You need to pay 21% tax/vat/btw in the following cases
- All Dutch companies and persons
- All European companies not supplying valid company & VAT information *
- All European persons *
You do not need to pay any tax in the following cases
- All companies and persons outside the EU
- All companies based in the EU who supply valid company and VAT information in our control panel
Note:
As of 2020 all EU customers outside the Netherlands must provide a valid VAT number. We will not be supplying services to private persons within the EU (outside NL)
